Our residential projects are a point of pride. Our Clients are unique, diverse, and successful. Custom residential projects come in many forms, and the depth of our experience allows for successful results within many different building types and budgets. In New York City, we have experience with brownstone renovations, co-op units and condominiums. Further afield, we have worked on new build houses as well as the restoration of classic architectural buildings.
Our design expertise is our true value and for this, we take a problem solving approach. We understand the rigors of building can be quite challenging. One way we help is to focus the myriad of options by creating clear strategies for making decisions. We can also assist Clients with aspects of the project including Co-op Boards submittals, Architectural Design Review Boards, and Local Authorities.
